Project lead on creating Target Operating Model for Finance teams in 3 Capability Centers (Process part). We focused on implementing efficiency, simplification and automation solutions across the Centers.

My responsibilities were identifying process inefficiencies, facilitating sessions of designing future processes, leading communication towards Business Sponsors and Business Partners.

Project lead on creating knowledge sharing group for Group Operations (2.6k people) on Workplace by Facebook (internal company platform).

We wanted to create a community to share advice, practical tips and tricks, an inspiration to help employees to work more efficiently, more productive while achieving their goals.

Project | 03 Aneto & Sabadell Triathlon

My leisure activities are as much important as my job, thus I count my achievements there too.
July 2019 led the expedition of 5 people to highest peak in Pyrenees - Aneto (3.404 km).
​
With 1 month of preparation, October 2019 attained Sabadell Triathlon in Barcelona, Spain (Olympic distance, 49th place).
